I bought a Mario Brothers costume on October 30th and when I opened it on the morning of the 31st, it was missing the hat, gloves, and mustache. I double checked the package and it said it was included. I checked the photo I took of the wall where you pick the costume and IT said that the accessories were included. When I brought it back on the 2nd (the first time I was free to drive back) I was given the normal excuse about no refunds. I explained I never actually got the complete product. She said there were signs that there were no refunds and I asked what about the sign on the package that said what was included or the ad on the wall that said the same. She said all she would do is give an exchange... of Halloween items only. As you can imagine on Nov 2nd, there's really not much left and here I am being forced to pick out things I can't even use until next year. I feel like they took my money buy selling me a defective/incomplete product and instead of doing the right thing, they made me select the left overs of Halloween so they still kept my $42 even though they were the ones that sold me the bad product.
