This as a formal complaint levis leesburg corner premium outlet located at 241 fort evans road ne, suite 1343 leesburg, va, my main interactin with some one called joshua, he refused to give me his full name, the store manager "allissa sandres" she wasn't there. I bought a pair of jeans on 3/14/2010 17:08 trans#48643, I didn't have time to try them on at that time and the seller advised that I have 60 days to return them, so I tried them at home didn't fit well I had to wait till today as I live 35 miles away from the outlet to return them, today 04/10/2010 3:27 pm I tired to return the jeans at the same outlet and the seller advised that he can't return it because the jeans has been washed? So I advised the guy that I didn't wash or use them and he was like no you did and we can't do anything else for you and he started calling his colleagues at the store and laugh about it, and say that for sure he did use it and they started to treat me as liar, I was really shocked with their attitude, as even if they didn't want to return it still they could of dealt with me as a customer not as i'm there to steel them, I have been a regular customer of levi's and dockers' for the last 15 years and has at least 20 pair of levi pants, but from now on me and my family and I will make sure that my close friend won't go there till I understand what happened in this store, was it a racist issue or what was it?
