RushCard / UniRush - everything

Mr. Russell Simmons...I have been a Rush Card member since 2011 and I can honestly say that today I am fed up! Due to your recent upgrade or whatever it was supposed to be and change and Banks, I have had nothing but issues! Started with going to pay my rent which is almost $1300 and being told that your payment is declined when you know you have more than enough funds on your card to complete the transaction and this happened more than once! Down to the periodic system upgrades where I am in line waiting to purchase my items only to be told oh your card declined...knowing I have more than enough funds to complete the purchase which again I add happened more than once! And then this weekend just put the icing on the cake...due to your recent system upgrade... I have a extra charge on my account from Dish Network mind you... I paid on the 6th of Octorber and was deducted from my account on the 9th and what do you know another charge mysteriously shows up and why...I had made that payment six days ago! Then not to mention the purchase I made from J C Penny on the 9th which supposedly cleared on the 10th and not too mention other charges I made before you system upgrade that are now in pending status when they should not be! I try to login to my account and this is what I get: Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. and then I try to call in and speak to someone... I am sitting on hold for almost an hour between each department...this has got to get better! I am at the point now where I am just ready to take my business and go elsewhere...every since the bank change it has been issues! Previous complaint...And not to mention the hold time I experienced just to speak with someone... I was on the phone from 837pm ET to 1004pm transfered between different departments with a hold time that is ridiculous...I work in a call center and no customer should have to hold that long to be told you have to fill out a dispute form and fax it back in and it could take up to 19 days to receive your funds back when it should not be the case when this is a Rush card issue! And they never sent the form...now I am sitting on hold again waiting on someone to answer! NOW...I deposited $500 to my card yesterday via Green dot at the cash register of a local CVS Pharmacy and I do not see that deposit any where. I have to explain to by bills collector why I am short on paying them! I am single mother...I do not have money for someone to play with! Please do better! Poor customer service!

Girl, it took me the same amount of time to get throuh last night as well. Now they arent even answering the phone. Im beyond pissed. Russell has too much money to be playing with my little coins.
