Pizza Hut

I have been trying to get a job at the Pennington Gap Virginia Pizza Hut for almost 2 years now, I put in an application back in September 2020, and when I went in to check on my application I was told by Tammy Willis that my application was no longer on file because it has been to long, I went to the Manager Jennifer Stacey and told her what Tammy had told me and Jennifer went over to the computer and pulled my application which was still in the computer. Jennifer informed me that she had pulled my application and had started working on it and had my background check running. I waited a little over a week and ask her if it had come back and I was informed that it had and that I was going to be hired, however this has been over a month ago and I keep asking about it and she tells me when the time is right and now I am being told that the DM is telling her to wait after Jennifer told me that her DM said it was fine and up to her if she wanted to hire me so she told me that I had the job, needless to say I have been waiting over two months now to start working and now I am being given a different story about the job. I have been an employee at Pizza Hut before and I always showed up for all my shifts was never late and also done my job, the only reason that I'm not still an employee there is because back in 2016 my mom got really sick and I had to quit and take care of her because she was completely bedridden and couldn't do anything for herself so instead of continuing working at Pizza Hut, I quit to take care of my mom.
There is a girl that is working at the Pennington Gap Pizza Hut right now that comes into work high every day and has been sent home not just one time but several times and here lately she has made it a habit to not show up for work and has been a no call and no show and yet they are still allowing her to work anytime that she feels like coming in and I don't think that this is fair. She goes to work high all the time and I have been there when she was works and I have witnessed her falling into walls and staggering around in front of all of the customers and there's been nothing done to her for any of this and I really don't think that It's fair to others that are trying to find work and they can't get hired but she can come to work like this and call in at least 2 days a week if not more and nothing is done to her, the girls name is Brandy Castle, I think that they need to start being drug tested and something needs to be done about this.
I am a single mom of my 9 yr old son and have looked for work everywhere and can't find any type of work but this girl can go to work hi and in front of all of the customers . So I would like for this to be checked in on and would also like for someone to tell me why I can't get my job back but this girl can go to work high and falling into walls and all the customers seeing her walk around with her eyes shut everytime shes at work...
