So I've got my hair flat ironed a few times before at this particular Smart style usually the price is about $40 or so for my shoulder length hair for a full style and flat iron. Well their price on their board this time said $45 for full style. What they fail to mention is they add on another $25 for a flat iron. So basically I paid $70 to get my hair washed, blowdry and flat ironed. I have never in my life paid that much. I can go to my own hairstylist for $35 and get my hair flat ironed. The only reason I got it done there is because I was getting my brows done. It was convenient and I thought I'll save myself some time and get my hair washed and flat iron so I don't have to do it myself later, which I usually do on the weekend. With my hair stylist. I have to make an advance appointment too. I usually get it done there when I get my hair dyed every four to five weeks. So the whole thing was I thought I would save myself some time while I was getting my eyebrows waxed since I work night shift and I really didn't get much sleep and I thought oh this will be quicker. I will never ever again go there. Not for $70. That's ridiculous for a wash, blow dry and flat iron. I just wanted to want people to double check everything up front which I failed to do. I went by their price list because they do add-on extra charges.
