Price quoted by sales person 2-1/2 yrs ago was just over $34 a week for towel, mat and bathroom service. In the contract the increase clause has been lined out and initialed by us and the sales person. In the body of the email containing the contract the sales person stated this was done to keep us at the same rate. We now are being charged $55 a week and getting poorer service. They have lost 1 of our 2 mats and only say, "the mat you have looks good, we don't know where your other mat is." The route person doesn't have a stocked truck to service everything on his route. We have contacted corporate a couple of times, the 1st they reacted immediately, the 2nd time not response.
Any customer service ticket opened as an escalation for management is closed as resolve without any contract. We will be sending a certified, signature required letter stating we are giving them 30 days notice to release us from our remaining contact.
Desired outcome: We wish to be release from our current contracts and part ways.
