Empire Beauty School

I have asked my director to drop me on October 9, 2019. I had a family death and also had trouble with getting my son tested for autism. I have left a voicemail to coporate today October 22, 2019 about my concerns. I wanted to know how long does it to drop me without falling into their 14 day automatic drop : I have handle this situation very professional and do not want to cause any problems with my financial aid in the future. Today would be 14 days of not attending prior taking the right steps to drop. I have all my emails of our conversation.

First and foremost the education that is received at this school is bogus. You pay 20, 000 to attend and are only taught what is needed for State Board. This location is a mess on wheels. The director is a gunner..If you speak to her in any way that she does not like you will be sent home and suspended but yet she can cut and brush you off at will. She holds personal vendettas against people and will do anything to pick with that person and then send you home if you say something. She has told previous employees that they can not come to the school and get any services done even if they left with proper notice. She is a very spiteful person. She has told the receptionist who and who not to allow to perform services on her children when she brings them in for service. She makes it very hard for the students to want to come to school and learn the little education that is being offered. I feel that they lie to get people to sign up then switch everything up just to get your money. All complaints go unheard because you are told that there is no one other than her to talk too. She will not give you the higher ups info she says that she can't do. There is so much wrong at the school that I really feel it needs to be investigated.
