Assurant Solutions - harassment

This agency never sent a single notice of an account in collection, which allowed substantial interest to accrue on the account. Once I found out about the collection when checking my credit report, I contacted them to ask them to provide a written notice or invoice, which never arrived. They insisted that I give them numerous phone numbers and my employers name. I did not give them a real phone number. Instead, they tracked down my parents and began to harass them, demanding that they make my pay the account immediately "or else" and if I didn't "then i'd be sorry." I have since called the agency to complain that I did not receive notice of the collection and they refused to resend the notice and threatened me with civil action. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the agent hung up. How can I pay the account if they wont even provide documentation of the collection? This company needs its license revoked.

This place is crazy paid off a bill that was an accident that they even were contacted in 2014. They are using the same letter from 2014 and adding interest and penalties. No one will help you everyone there is rude. Brianna has been there for 4 years in the same position so I know she is angry person. They should not be in business.

I have personal information on IQ Data International employees. Addresses, private phone numbers, photos. Just imagine when I release it. Several years of them hurting people, their victims. Victims no more. The tables will soon turn. I am really interested in finding the collection agent's information. In time I will have those.

Do you still have this information? I just called to discuss a dispute and manager wouldn’t give me anyone else to speak with and hung up on me twice. I wanted to message Ken on LinkedIn but it won’t allow me.. this is the worst customer service ever!

Yes, they have put 2000 dollars of interest on me. I will be contacting an Attorney because this was a joint rental and nothing went on my spouses credit report just mine. I have also spoke with this Shannon person in the past and received the same type of treatment. I will not only sue the company I will also make it personal and sue Shannon Harmon as well. Interest and late charges when I never received a bill from them. This is an awful company and everyone complaining should rally together and take out a civil lawsuit against them. Make them pay for ruining peoples credit and harassing family members and such. I will be asking My lawyer is this possible. We all need to make them pay for their unfair treatment of people and disgusting tactics

I moved out of my apartment nearly 2 years ago. I actually received a refund from them. Yet IQ data is on my credit report stating I owe $761. They have called distant relatives that I never used as reference advising I owe and better pay within 24 hrs. Again we're talking 2 years ago and they are still harassing the same 2 family members and giving me the same 24 hrs to pay. I have disputed via experian yet it still appears. I have a letter from my former apt mgr advising nothing owed so I don't know what else I can do.

MY STORY IS THERE IS APARTMENT I USED LIVE IN CALLED BROADMOOR GARDENS BUT LONG STORY SHORT IAM TRYING TO MOVED IN MY NEW PLACE BUT WHAT IS STOPPING ME IS IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL AN THIS HOW THEY STOPPING READY HERE IT GOES I PAID OFF THE APARTMENT I HAVE A LETTER HEAD WITH COMPANY NAME ON SHOW IN A 0.00 BALANCE WITH THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AN A RECIET SO IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYEES KEVIN JEFF RANDY TOLD ME TO EMAIL THEM THE LETTER SO I DID SO THEY FIRST TOLD ME THEY RECEIVED ITBON MONDAY WHEN SENT IT AN THEN WHEN I CALLED BACKBON THURSDAY THEY SIAD THEY JUST NOW GETTING AN THEY CALLED THE APARTMENT NO RESPONSE SO OMI WENT UP THERE TO THE APARTMENT SO THEY CALL THEM THEY SELF WHILE I WAS THERE SO WHEN THEY HUNG UP I CALLED BACK AN ASK THEM DID THEY GET THAT THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDNT PUT THAT ON FILE AN YHEY COULDN'T HELP ME UNLESS THEY CALLED THEY TO CLEAR IT UMM NEWS FLASH THEY DID CALLED UALL JUST DIDN'T PUT IT ON FILE ITS BEEN GOING BACK AN WITH FOR A MONTH NOW WHAT I NEED TO DO

Oh my goodness...it took a whole lot outta me to not react the way this company deserves to. I found them on my credit report. I called and spoke to Ken McFalls who said he was a unit manager and his manger was Randy D, at extension 1222. The call started out great, saying I qualified for a settlement and deletion. But I had to pay over $3k NOW. Flabbergasted, I continued to say I can make payment arrangement. He continued to tell me if I couldn't pay $3k now, then I needed to pay 30% of the balance NOW (his favorite word.) His tone changed when i indicated what i was willing to pay today and months on here after. That wasn't ok with him. Then he told me I needed to abide by my contract that I signed with the apartment complex. He continued speaking but had to put me on mute because one of his coworkers was yelling at a customer in the background. Amazing, i didn't want to deal with him any longer. I've contacted my previous apartment complex and they've assured me that they will request information from their management company for payment.
It's absurd to me that this is the kind of company that is supposed to be helping property owners and/or apartment complexes in collecting their money. They’re simply not. The reviews on the company are harsh and they are not a part of the BBB.

Someone already has. google IQ data international settlement. and they one a $1, 000, 000 class action lawsuit. Unfortunately, it's too late to join it. So, maybe someone needs to do it again. apparently, they haven't learned their lesson.

HATE HATE HATE this company. Without going into alot of royally frustrating, nerve racking, hair pulling details, I have just one question. Aren't they SUPPOSED to cease all harrassing phone calls once they've been told not to call anymore? ESPECIALLY while you are working and even more so NOT TO YOUR EMPLOYER OR YOUR PARENTS?!?!? UN-FREAKIN-REAL. I DESPISE THIS COMPANY!

All of us need to get together and file a class action lawsuit against this company. They are putting people into collections wrongly and they refuse to give an documentation to us regarding their claims. They already have a class action lawsuit against them now and they have lost.
