Terrible customer service. I've dealt with collections agencies before and never had to deal with anyone so rude in my life. First of all, before I got any kind of phone call or notice, they called my mother to get me on the phone. After doing some research, it appears this is a common practice to get people to contact them. They harass third parties to get you to call them. They like to make threats to get you to pay your debt, and they won't let you hang up the phone until you've given them a credit card number or bank account.in my opinion, this whole company should be abolished. I personally think they are abusing their power. Specifically, the woman who called my mother is named ferris, and she was an absolute nightmare. If you get a call from her, do yourself a favor and ask for her supervisor. She's not fit to be doing her job. I will say, once I was transferred to someone with an actual brain and sense of compassion, I spoke to a man named kevin. He was pretty level headed and actually worked with me to solve the problem, unlike ferris who just kept repeating herself and demanding payment. Kevin helped me solve my problem, but the rest of the company is trash. Kevin if you are reading this find a new job man you are better than the # that work for iq data.
