This evening at around 7:55, I called the clearwater store asking to speak to an employee who had previously helped me. Jose, who answered the phone, rudely said " he is not here" and hung up the phone. I am a long time customer and have never experienced this type of behavior from other employees. I ended up calling a competitor and ordered my parts there.
