Olive Garden

On Monday May 29 2023 I ate at Olive Garden. And received the most UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE TREATMENT! I sent Olive Garden Corp my existence. I guess Olive Garden Corp doesn't give a rip of their customers are treated!

I have been a customer of OG for over 25 yrs. I eat at OG in Kennewick WA on Gage about 3 times a week.

The waitress came to tell me she would not wait on me. I thought that was odd. But ok.. then she comes back an takes my order. Another waitress/bar tender brings me my salad. So quite awhile later I'm wondering where my food is.

So I wait.. wait.. wait.. never comes. So I went to find the Mgr, she is nowhere to be found. So back to my table.. and wait some more. Both these 2 EXTREMELY RUDE girls passed by my table at least 20 times! They would not even look at me.

So I called this Olive Garden I'm sitting in to speak to the Mgr. Again.. I'm waiting.. an waiting.. an waiting..! Got sick of WAITING.. AND LEFT! When I am pulling my car out of Olive Garden this Mgr FINALLY comes to the phone. I told her what happened. She wasn't that interested. She said she would come talk to me.

I told her.. TOO DAMN LATE! IM GONE!

I always eat Olive Garden lunch special. I always have Chicken Parmigiana.

I got to Olive Garden at 2:45.

And finally left Olive Garden at 4:00.

I have never been treated like this from any restaurant ever in my life!

I have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHY THESE 2 EXTREMELY MEAN.. RUDE girls treated me this way! I am always happy an Polite when I go here!

I canNOT believe what happened!

NOR WHY!

And to make matters EVEN WORSE.. Olive Garden CORP NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AT ALL!

ITS JUST UNBELIEVABLE!

SHAME.. SHAME.. SHAME ON EVERY ONE OF YOU!
