Net10 Wireless - transfer service

My phone number is [protected]' my old phone is the one I am trying to have reconnected. The serial number is [protected], SIM # is [protected]. I have been trying to transfer my Samsung old phone # to a HUAWEI phone given to me by a friend, since Monday 10-12-2015. They (net 10) have put me off so much that by Friday (with no service at all since Monday) I told them to forget about the transfer and give me my previous old phone back. My friend spoke to Miguel at 8:45 pm last night PDT. He was told by Miguel that we need to wait another 24 hrs and call back. I got on the phone and asked to speak to a supervisor because this is the same thing We had been told since Friday night, 10-16-2015. Miguel told me he was transferring me to a supervisor, but transferred me to a recording that said they were closed. I'm sure I would get the same message if I waited until 8:45 PDT TONIGHT AS INSTRUCTED BY MIGUEL. I am disabled and desperately need a phone. Please help. I have names of others we spoke to.
