Today dec 11, 2019 at 6:35pm went to bk on argonne in spokane wa. I live 2 1/2 blocks away - litterally takes 5 minutes at the most. Grandson went inside, ordered one plain chicken jr sandwich. At 7:01pm he came out - yes 25 min. Later and it wasn't a busy lobby. As we pulled away & he unwrapped it lettuce fell out. Yep it wasn't plain. We parked again and he took it back in.
I stayed in the car... At 8:10pm he came out with the correct sandwich. He watched a basketball game including half time up to 10 min. Left in the 3rd quarter! Two other people came in after him and they got their food first... He ordered one plain chicken jr. We were there 1 1/2 hours for a stupid little sandwich. He went up to the counter twice and asked about it... Finally asked for a manager because people were just standing around... She asked "oh you haven't got your sandwich"... No he wanted to hang out all evening. Then she stupidly asked if he wanted anything like mayo on it - seriously he asked for plain twice. What is wrong with your employees?
Oh and when we got home (less than 5 min) the fries (they threw in for free gee thanks) were cold and the chicken was hard, cold and stale. He brought it to me and I tried it - tasted old very old. How can that be - it took an hour... Did they have to kill the chicken oh wait it isn't real chicken so what the hell...
I read several other complaints and it seems to be a normal occurance in every state. Bk is not like it use to be. Thank goodness there is 3 other fast food places on my corner which we will go to from now on. I will be passing this on to my neighbors in the area... I can only pray you close my location so others don't have to wait for 1 1/2 hours for a single plain sandwich. Shame on you and your organization.
A resolution would be to fire everyone working at these locations... Train new employees correct and reopen with good fast service. It is called fast food for a reason.

Burger King - breakfast drive through
I went through your drive-through add approximately 930 this morning October 4th 2019. I said in your driveway of your restaurant of your drive-through for more than 30 minutes total. And then when I got my food it was cold. This establishment is always slow but this was ridiculous. You either need to get more help or retrain. People are in a hurry and can't usually afford to set the drive-through for half an hour.
