I took my truck to Griffin Chrysler Jefferson Wis 53549 After receiving the truck back I received a survey from Chrysler Corporation which I filled out and they received the dealership has now told me my business is no longer needed there. I answered the questions honestly being more specific about the condition of the dealership and they said I should have not done this. I have personally worked for that dealership for 30 years since retired because of the new management and not caring about what people think. I always felt a survey should be looked at open minded and used for the knowledge to get better but apparently they are not probably more for the additional money's the dealer can make with lying information. They have already lost my wife to General Motors and I was in the market for new vehicle and now have to go out of town for my vehicle and service. Oh they did say I should have gave them a good score cause the covered part of my deductible. funny how the power of there money should buy people off.
