My brother and I went to the Layton avenue Burger King and it was nasty. You first walk in and its filthy. Shouldn't places that serve the public be clean? Especially places that serve food... The fries were cold, the whopper was warm but it tasted like the lettuce and pickles were put in the microwave with the meat. Nasty. The soda tasted awful. I don't know if the machine needs to be cleaned or what it is. I used the restroom and there wasn't any hand soap. I told an employee and the just shrugged their shoulders. There is a huge difference between this location and the one in Oak Creek. That one is at least clean. Burger King used to be good and now it's just nasty. I get that people don't want to work but a restaurant should have surprise inspections so management can see how awful it really is
Desired outcome: Clean your store, stop putting the entire Burger in the microwave and please keep soap in the restrooms. There used to be people that cared.
Burger King - Customer service safety
I placed an online order, arrived and was told it was not ready. The crew members were very rude, Could him them talking. Badly about myself through the window, when I confronted them about it it escalated and they wanted to get physical with myself. They started arguing with me and trying to fight me. Left without getting my food. I will not be a Burger King customer any longer after this, if this is how you train your crew members and managers to be it's disgusting! This store needs to be closed down!
Desired outcome: Reprimanded refund
