I spent 31.73 at your drive thru on food for my family which was supposed to include a filet o fish and a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal, as well as several other items. I live 25 minutes from the store. I got home and opened the boxes that should've contained the quarter pounder avd fil I fish. The quarter pounder was just a cheeseburger in a quarter pounder box without bacon. The filet o fish box contained a bun with mayonnaise, not tartar sauce, lettuce tomato acd pickle. NO FISH. I called the store and a very rude person answered so I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. She was very rude, did not apologize and just said I can give her my name and they'll refund me next time. I was highly disturbed by the disrespect and lack of any sort of quality customer service by a store manager. I called corporate and received equally if not worse customer service. The agent did not provide a resolution to anything and said I will receive a call from the franchise in the "near future." When I asked when I could expect a call, I was told he has no idea but again repeated, "sometime in the near future." I have three teen boys and I'm a frequent customer. I am highly surprised such a huge corporation as McDonald's, doesn't have some sort of policy in place to resolve these matters by atleast sending a gift card in the mail to cover my expenses, trouble, gas and inconvenience. But nothing was offered whatsoever.
Desired outcome: I would like the amount of my entire order ($31.73) refunded to me by mail in the form of a gift card and I would like a call from the terrible manager who I spoke to, to personally call me abd apologize for her behavior.
Horrible customer service and incorrect order taking and filling.
