Burger King

On Dec 1, I arrived at a Burger King in Stevens Point WI store 26758 around 4:17pm . there was only 1 car ahead of me in driver through. I waited to be acknowledged and it was a bit. After the 4th acknowledgment of "we will be right with you" I started to watch the clock. I finally placed my order for 4 whoppers, just 4 whoppers with NO special order. I waited to get to the window to pay with my VISA. Once I paid for my food, I waited 16 minutes to get my food. Had I not paid for the food, I would have left the drive thru without the food, but I was taking the food to my elderly mother who requested this for dinner. No one came out or approached my car during the wait. I was very upset and highly disappointed. No response from the girl who gave me my food. I noticed on the slip if I was not completely satisfied to call the manager. so I pulled over into the parking lot and called the store. I spoke with Seth and I asked him "what do you think is a considerable or expected wait time for food", he responded 2 minutes and 45 seconds. It took me longer than that to place my order at the order menu, and 16 minutes AFTER paying to get my food. He asked my for my order number, order 39 and agreed to credit my charge card for the full amount immediately. I followed up with VISA and the store yesterday Dec 13 and the manager on duty Nate did not know anything about this. My VISA is not credited back and no resolution has been made. In the time I spent at store 26758 I could have easily gone to 2 other stores to get the whoppers had a known of the time delay.

All of my chicken nuggets were falling apart and wet in the middle when i broke one apart a bug came out I was so discussed I couldn't even eat any food I had ordered today. I have had problems in the past with this burger king. Including messy burger's like they just trow things together, wrong order, missing food. This is a new burger king in stevens point I've never been so disappointed and discussed I do not believe I can eating hear every again.
