One of the worst customer support I have ever seen. They don't send mails politely and proper responses to me. I wanted to be a customer of usbizdata.com and enquired through emails. Usbizdata.com do not greet the customers never except the first e-mail. Usually, all the business customer support team will greet the customers as "Dear Customer", etc., I will share you my experience, I have asked a question to them, and the reply came from them was weird. They just replied "What?", only this is the word that came in to me. After I responded to that mail, I never got reply from them.

They do not have telephone support and they have only mail support where the response was very bad. Just think that what happens after the customer made the payment to collect the data and the data was not received. Obviously, need to contact the customer support and if they have these kind of attitude, definitely, they would not get business. Actually, I was interested to do business with them but due to their customer support, I am thinking whether to go with them.

After posting the review of usbizdata.com, they have sent me an e-mail after verifying me stating that "Gutless little $#*! Payback time!" $#*! -> denotes "a female dog" (or) relevant to that

How come a company can call me as $#*!? $#*! -> denotes "a female dog" (or) relevant to that
------------------------------------------------------------------
And also they sent me another e-mail stating

"We are contacting attorneys in India to pursue legal action against you. You have posted defamatory and damaging statements about our company with absolutely no basis behind them. You are not, and have never even been a customer of ours! We stopped responding to you emails because the answers to all of the questions you were asking are on our website if you had bothered to look. It’s not our fault that you are some little gutless, internet terrorist who hides behind a computer and fake IDs expecting everyone to bow to you. Our attorneys will be subpoenaing the forums involved. If you think you can post slanderous statements like this and hide behind anonymous usernames and emails, you are wrong! We know who you are AND where you are! Our legal representatives will be in touch very soon!"

**********
As I already mentioned, I wanted to be a customer of usbizdata.com (I am not an existing customer). Again, how a company can call me "little gutless" in the last e-mail?

They found me by Google it and asked me "This is you?" I replied to them stating "Yes".

Pls let me know that Am I "internet terrorist who hides behind a computer and fake IDs" even after identified myself?

I have purchased 220 Million US consumer Email Database and 27 Million US Business Email Database from usbizdata.com. 95% of emails are bounced back, only 5% accuracy. All emails are 10 to 14 years old. 50% of emails are duplicates. Worst Customer Support. Cheating Business they are doing. They are spoiling United States Name. Do business with them and you will be wasting your time and money.

I was about to spend $600 with this company, due to low price. Maybe, I should stay away. I have bought similar data before, with the same issue of 70% duplicate emails. I dies seem odd you can get 49 million us businesses with unique emails for $297. Most other companies offer only 8 million US businesses with emails for more than $300. That should raise a red flag.
