well it all started this morning when i recieved a phone call from usgoldline.com. though they never mentioned who they were at first. I thought i was talking to someone about a loan i applied for. when she finally tells me who she really was i told her to cancel, that i did not want their services. well she preceeds to tell me it was told late that i was going to be charged for something i did not authorize, and do not want. now they keep calling me every 5 minutes harrassing me, and i cannot answer my cell phone at work.

well I was contacted by someone from this company, whom played themselves on being a bank. we have been waiting on word from a house loan we had applied for, and i thought i was talking to someone regarding this loan. when i found out who they really were i told them i wanted to cancel it, that i didn't want it, they told me it was too late, that they were going to charge me for something i did not authorize.

I got a call from some girl around 7:00pm saying she was from a company called U.S.Goldline and she said she wanted to help me get rid of all my credit debts, right away I got a funny vibe but yet I still listened, she said she would start me off with a $2, 500 line of credit and all I had to do was give the name of my bank, then my routing number, my date of birth, and finally my social security number, I don't know why but for some reason I gave her all my information despite the bad feeling I had in my gut, after I gave her my info she hung up on me that's when I knew that I had just somehow gotten screwed, I plan to get to the bottem of this A.S.A.P. especially since I have a damn good lawyer and I'll even involve the police if I have to, the bottem line is do not give anyone claiming to be from U.S. Goldline any info at all, just hang up on them because it's definately some sort of a scam, and it seems that I'm not the only one it happened to.

I was recently called by USGoldline! And they said they could get me a credit card despite everyone has rejected me! yippy do da! The thing that got me though is after i got out of class i saw this number was calling me like crazy...they had called me 15 times that day, now any credit card company who wants me to have a credit card that bad...they know something i dont even know about my financial state, that is what had me thinking when i called them back. When i called them back a man answered and said Hello, this is Damion Jones, and i said hi this is Matthew Engels i noticed you have called me today, for what reason do you call, and he responded, I am a representative at USGoldline and i can get you a credit card, are website is www.usgoldline.com, and he gave me the phone number he was calling from also. Then he said i need your account number to verify you have a bank account, this is a common procedure and all we are doing is see that it truly exists, and we cannot access it, so first i need your routing number followed by your account number. So I responded Ok one sec, then i got my bank card out and i read the first 2 digits of my route number to him then my girlfriend gave a weird look at me, (her mom is a banker..and her mom says if you dont know who your talking to and you are unsure if you can trust them give them no info) so then i said daimon i have to go to work can i call you back, and i hung up. So after hanging up i went to the website where none of the buttons work except the button were you would log in and give your information. So then i knew it was a fake or there website was down. Then i get a call from a chick from the same USGoldLine company...and im like what the heck persistent little buggers i gotta go! Then i found this website. So be careful out there people! People are out to get ya, even if you have little to no money...they will clean out whatever you have in your bank account.

I received a phone call this morning from gold line and as I was speaking with the associate I hoped on the internet to verify the information I was being told. I am EXTREMELY thankful to those of you who posted complaints. I called my bank and put a stop payment in. Thank you again.

My name is Jeremy Street and my fiance was recently scammed by US GOLDLINE so I decided to put up a website to help bring legal action against them. I am going to forward all the info posted on the site to the attorney generals office once a week until action is taken. I have had enough! If you have had ENOUGH sign up and post your comment here!

Together we CAN make a difference!

Was called on the phone by this company and told they could help me get my credit together. They asked for my information told themthat i would not have the money to pay the half, which was 125 until the 30th of month. they said that all that i had to do was pay tha1 dollar that day. So they gave me this e-mail address usgoldline.com. Pulled it up and found this so i called them back to cancel the same day. Called my telephone banking today and found that they had taking the dollar fee without my consent anyway. Had to go to my bank to block them from my account. And then close it and open another one.

They never fully explain that this isn't a credit card that you can use any where, that it's an online catalog. They give you 250.00 in vouchers, and again don't tell you that you can only use $50.00 at a time. That they will not give you your money back.

They have also been calling me as well when i answer they hang up so i called the people back and it was an answering service saying please hold your call is important to us, so i held thinking it was for a bill owed or something i explained to the gentleman about how i keep getting this hang up calls from there number he said i must of signed up for a credit card online, i said well what credit card are u from he told me the goldline, i said ok so what exactly is it because i dont ever remember signing up for a credit card i have too many bills as it is, he continued to explain to me that it was an online shopping site, i asked for the site he said usgoldline.com so guess what while i still had him on the phone i jumped on my computer to see what it was i was courious just like anybody would be and sure enough it brought me to a listing of websites and this site was one of them i scanned some of the comments and rudely told the guy to go f**k hisself, and that whoever is running the show really needs to get off there lazy a** and get a real job instead of stealing peoples hard earned money! I'm not a lawyer although I do know you are able to sue them for this. This is an illegal act and they were not authorized to take money out of ur account, therefore whoever this has happend to needs to get a decent lawyer and take ur bank statements and take this to court, because being they are frauds they will not get away with it, they have no proof of you authorizing this nor will they be accountable for their "store" this is a serious matter and u guys need to take this very seriously before it happens to someone else. NEVER give your account info over the computer NEVER! If anything look up the bbb and see if they are with them, but regardless nobody is that hard up on cash to put your account info over the phone or on the internet ALWAYS do it by paper mail or just DONT do it at all. Im sorry this has happened to all of you and i hope that in the near future you all are reinbursed for what these people have taken from you! God Bless Sincerly Stephanie Goldthwaite

Why can't we start a class action law suit? I was never told that I could not use money, $7500, for purchases and pay on time and it would be reported to improve my credit. The purchase of any money used was to improve my credit upon all on time payments which is untrue. Able to get money to make purchases for items needed through them and make on time payback and reports back to improve your credit.

They are there to cheat you any way they can. I was told the money$250 would a setup to start a me being able to get loan money to work on credit improvement as all payments are on time. Reports would go in to the credit bureau and these paymemts would show up amd show improvement to the bureau would show this as people or companies asked for informationon your credit. That was something I really needed. I wanted to purchase a house and get away from apartments. As I have recently forund out that if you canceled your membership all money paid them was non-refundable.

Money was taken from my bank account before I was able to make a decision, yes or no and I was not given or shown information to that extent at which I would definately say a big NO! I am out of $250 and they expect to be able to take $9.90 out of my bank account each month...

PEOPLE SHOULD REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR PHONE CONVERSATIONS. ASK WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE AND WHY WHEN CONTACTED BY PHONE FROM A BUSINESS. ITS COMMON SENSE FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION.THIS HELPS TOO, WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION...LISTEN TO THE ANSWER INSTEAD OF HEARING WHAT YOU WANT. THEN YOU WON'T FEEL LIKE A SO CALLED "VICTIM" WHEN YOUR REALLY A VICTIM OF YOUR OWN IGNORANCE.SO BEFORE YOU GO POINTING FINGERS AT ANYBODY START BY LOOKING IN THE MIRROR BECAUSE YOU REEP WHAT YOU SOW.
