I've made several attempts to call them only to receive a recording then placed on eternal hold to cancel my utube subscription... Funny how they make it easy to enroll but not to cancel... I called my bank while they had me on hold and am typing this complaint while on hold.. My Bank was able to submit my request to stop their service when I finished with bank I was still on hold... currently over 30 minutes now... Poor poor poor customer service.. Automated system not user friendly at all...
