Back in 1989 we talked to Mr. Clifford a aggressive Insurance Agent regarding Life Insurance. His recommendation was Universal Life policies. It sound great! He was an Agent for CNA/Valley Forge Life Insurance Company, Nashville, Tn./Reading, Pa. We found out to late all statements were not true and it is unfortunate that Valley Forge Life Insurance Company Debbie Jacobs and the CEO does not believe a reputable customer who always paid the agreed to premiums on time.

We agreed with Mr. Clifford that we would take out two policies, one for $200,000.- Mr Rhodes and one for Mrs Rhodes for $100,000.-. The applications written by Mr. Clifford had a agreed to premium of $1225.-. He stated the premiums would stay the same. The policies would be for life. We could borrow against the policies. The policies would make money. Your money would be safe. When one died the other would have money.

We have now lost approximately $90,000.- dollars.

Where is Valley Forge when we need them? They have a party line which is a bunch of words suggesting that the customer is wrong. I'm not a lawyer but things just don't look right. Why would any customer continue to pay for policies that continue to increase. It sure would be great to have enough funds to bury each other.

Good Luck to all and Merry Christmas.

I found out they had coverage for the company I worked (American Staff Resources) for at the time of my injury, but they keep denying my claim. Can anyone advise me where to get some help with this matter. I have over 500,000.00 in medical so far.

Is this Company real? I am getting the runaround, Customer service is very disrespectful, superviser would not give full name (or some id#) for the call, or her extention. They charge a $25.00 fee for a copy of contract. I am a member since 03, paid to this comp about $6,000. My agent not returning calls. I am cancoling my contract and a fellow mamber did the same. Is this company a FRAUD?

I totally agree. I'm looking right now to replace their policy. I've been an insured for years and years and the customer service is not good. Charging me a $25 fee for a copy of "MY" policy is ludicrous. Nickel and diming the insureds for copies of policies is just plain bad business. It would be different if an insured was asking for a copy once a month or something. I could even understand the fee if multiple copies were ordered within the same year... But, I have "NEVER" requested a copy of my policy... NEVER. The customer service guy I spoke with was a "PUNK" too... the only positive thing I took from my conversation with him was that he actually spoke English... My disgust is building by the minute. I don't have to pay my hard earned money to this sham of a company. I'm just glad I haven't died yet and my beneficiaries haven't had to deal with this company. The embarrassment would definitely cause me to roll over in my grave...

Stay away from this company. They are BAD NEWS! They do not care about you or even try to make you feel like your business (ie. Money) is appreciated. F----
