I ordered a trial-sample of The Vasseria moisturizer cream. The cost was to be
$19.99. That was good. The sample arrived about 5 to 6 days later. The cream was not good. Very thick and did not agree with my skin. I called to company customer #. They said they would not send me any more product. Great... but come to find out they charged me over $200.00. Calling their customer service was very hard to understand, and their offer to refund me first $40. then $60. was just not acceptable. Don't fall for this companies deceitful advertising.
Desired outcome: I really would like a refund, but I really don't want to have another person get scammed.
Hi Deborah,
I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I have fallen for that scam with a different company in the past. I noticed in looking around the internet at this company's different web pages that they are actually using some of the very same pictures that the company I fell for used. The add that I saw on my phone was to spin a wheel, so just for fun I spun it and it came up free! So, then it tells me all I have to do is just pay shipping charges for the product. What these companies hope you don't do is click on the tiny little word "terms" that is also down there where it says privacy policy and contact us. That is where they tell the rest of the story! So, the moral of the story for me is this, before you even start to fill out your name on ANYTHING, read the TERMS of the contract! I hope this helps for future reference.
Please do not fall for this scam like I did! They tell you that you will pay $19.99 for shipping and handling but what they did to me is charge me $19.99 TWICE! Then I waited for it to come in and it took about 5 days. There was no information on the webpage I ordered it from that said it was a 7 day trial (which is what they tell you when you call about the charges). If the trial is for 7 days and it takes it 5 days to get there then why charge me money before my trial is up? How are you supposed to try anything in that small amount if time? They then charged me over $100 & then another $100 & I'm not even sure what they charged me for! The charges were from 4 different places, not just one. The containers are tiny, not even worth 50 cents and they charged me over $200 for it?!?!?! Then when I called customer service, they only offered me $40.00 for one product and $40.00 for another. They gave me the web address that I supposedly ordered it from and it wasn't even a working web page! I called back and talked to another person and she gave me another address that was also not working! SCAM SCAM SCAM! All they want is your hard earned money. I had to dispute it at my bank. Hopefully, I will get some of it back. Don't do it!
When I ordered the sample, it was free with a $4.95 shipping fee and my credit card company notified me immediately and I had to approve the charge. I did and immediately after, fortunately my credit card company notified me again that a $39.95 charge was being made against my card and asked if I approved it. I replied no so they canceled my card and reissued a new one. I thought I was surely scammed but I just got an e-mail telling me the product is in its way. I will report back once I get it but I’m sure I won’t be giving them or anyone else my credit card info for products offered on FaceBook or any where else that seems too good to be true.
I went to order a free trial of Vasseria-$4.95 was all i was to pay for s/h. When i sent the cc thru my cc comp.-thank goodness asked my approval of $19.95. I declined of course. In the add there wasnt anyplace a chrg of $19.95 was to be chrgd. Its a scam n yes there are many others like this. If u cant approve an order prior to the cc charge you know u hav been scammed. If u cant go over your order before sending it through...stop before hitting confirm-! It'll save u $, time n headaches.

Shortly after ordering the sample trials, my bank account was compromised. This is not a product or site to be trusted.
