Vehicle Title Solutions review: fake car title website

On December 12 2016 I went to vehicletitlesolutions.com to get a title for my car. The rep named Derek Deleon sent me a bill for $945 to get a title. My bank warned me not to pay. I went to dmv direct and got the title for $43 myself.
I was trued to get ripped off by the website. I tried to complain online and they blocked my complaint.
There address is a house not even a real office.
