Vhumbanani Property Management review: For somone more capable of handling this to contact me

Our complex changed managing agents from ASTRODON to VHUMBANANI property management, since we changed over the service is useless the ppl employed at VHUMBANANI are incompetent, the unit above mine is leaking for the last 6 months, i been complaining since then, asking them to get the ppl to fix this, nothing has been done, no invoices received so i can claim damages to my complex and guess what this until still leaking causing damage to my unit, are they doing anything about it no they not i have to keep calling and sending email and getting the same response which is nothing
i wish we never changed the agents from ASTRODON TO VHUMBANANI
ASTRODON much more helpful ad have proper ppl to work for them unlike this place.
