Viaziz.com review: Beware 5

I must confirm that Viaziz is a total scam. They have built their auction in a way to make impossible winning anything. It seems that just seconds before auction ends some script prevents honest bidders to submit their bids and the lot goes to some unknown person (probably Viaziz is buying their own lots). Every time I try to place a bid 2 seconds before the end of the auction my bid is just not accepted and I end up with losing the lot and losing my paid bids. Their customer service ignores all my emails, it is a very bad business practice known as fraud. BEWARE!

And now there's nothing to bid on! We should get our money back and shut down that stupid site.

Of course this is a total scam. Buying prepaid bids for a penny per bid? Really? Who would possibly think that a 1000 bids (or 2000 bids for their Ultimate package) would result in getting cheap products. By the way 2000 bids at a penny a piece is still only 20 bucks. With auto bidding and a lot of idiots believing, they are raking in your hard earned cash while selling little to nothing. Most of their crap is bought back by the company itself. How many stupid people does it take to make a scam artist succesful?

This website offers customers free registration. However, during the registration process a window pops up to prompt you to enter your credit card details. There is no message to say that a charge will be processed on your credit card when you enter the credit card details. It is possible to navigate away from this window, but there is nothing on the screen to indicate this. It is a trick. This system makes it seem like you must enter your credit card details in order to progress the registration process. The day after I completed the registration process I noticed a transaction on my credit card for NZD $199.99, but I was never advised that a transaction for this amount would be processed on my credit card, and I certainly did not approve this transaction. This trick is as good as fraud to me. Viaziz are refusing to return my money. This site need to be closed down urgently. There are numerous similar complaints from all over the world.

I signed up apart of the registration, and entering my creditcard info was the last process
after i noticed 199.99 was pulled out of my credit card without my permission,
I have emailed and never got any responces back
I read online that there are similar complaints, and i believe the site should be shut down or at least get a refund but i dont know where to start.

regards
Patricia
