Villerg review: Amazon return product boxes

I purchased 2 Amazon return products boxes for 79.98 total from villerg.com. And didn't receive it then was promised a refund and didn't receive it. I just E-mailed them again because they said it would take 5 to 12 days to get my refund. and its been 15 working days.

I placed the order on Nov 25th on December 16th after many e-mails asking for a tracking number they sent me an e-mail saying that they would be refunding my money. I'm really tired of them lying to me about everything. They havent done one thing right and it shouldent take them this long to send me my money back. I would think that Amazon would stop doing buiness with them they way that they treat people is not very good at all. My order #No. VIL2257
