Vincent Watch provides after-sales services for products. You can contact Vincent Watch at vincenwatch@gmail.com or bring the product to one of their stores to get it repaired. For repair of products under warranty, you must present the original product warranty car. Vincent Watch may charge for repairs and/or components if the manufacturer's warranty does not cover the damage to your product.

Unless otherwise noted, Vincent Watch provides free standard delivery within Singapore and DHL Express for deliveries outside of Singapore.

Within Singapore:
Spend $500 below: 3-5 working days
Spend $500 above: 1-3 working days

International deliveries:
No spending requirement: 2-3 working days

If the product delivered is damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the product delivered is not the product ordered, you have the right to return it within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and have it collected by the VW Delivery Team in Singapore or DHL Express internationally within 14 calendar days of delivery. Note that you must return the product(s) to Vincent Watch in its original condition and unworn or unused, together with the original, certificate and packaging.
