Vinted is an online second-hand marketplace where you can sell and buy used clothing and accessories.

You can sell clothing, footwear, accessories, beauty appliances, childcare equipment, children’s toys, furniture, new cosmetics, perfumes, tableware, home accessories, textiles, books, tech accessories, and similar items.

If you purchase your item through the “Buy now” button and you pay through Vinted, Buyer protection is applied. You can receive a refund if your item never arrived, was damaged during the shipping, or is significantly different from the description. Refund is also possible if your order was canceled either by Vinted, you, or your seller.

You can return an item if it was damaged during shipping or is significantly different from its description. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. If you don’t like the item or it does not fit you, you have to negotiate the return with the seller and see if they agree to a return and refund.

Your account can be temporarily or permanently blocked if you violated the Terms and Conditions, Catalog Rules, or Community Guidelines of Vinted. You will be notified of the reason why you were blocked.
If you were temporarily blocked, then your account will be unblocked automatically after 7 days unless you prove that you have been blocked by mistake. In this case, it is possible to have your account unblocked sooner.
Your account can be temporarily blocked for offensive behavior towards members or the Vinted Team, ignoring the Vinted Team’s messages about order issues, advertising selling outside Vinted payment, promoting Vinted’s competitors, spamming on forums, marketing items connected to commercial activity, and selling close copies of the original goods.
Your account will be permanently blocked if you have multiple accounts, sell items for commercial purposes, scam other members, commit fraud, and if you were temporarily blocked multiple times.

If your account is permanently blocked and you have remaining payment on your balance, you should contact Vinted via the “Contact us” button.

They will then unblock your account for a time of 24 hours to let you withdraw the funds to your bank account.

If your item arrived damaged, significantly different from the description, or did not arrive at all, you should initiate a claim by pressing the “I have an issue button” within 2 days of receipt of the item if it was damaged or mismatched from the description, and within 2 days of expected delivery date if the item did not arrive.

Although Vinted is a popular service, they have not resolved any complaints on our website, and their rating is rather low. We would advise being careful if you decide to use their services.
