The total payment of €15,000 was made at the time of booking.

A few days before the first scheduled flight, we received a call informing us of a cancellation due to an alleged accident involving the company. The caller failed to provide sufficient details and the subsequent lack of communication raised serious concerns.

Our investigation revealed several red flags:

● The invoice address is located in Montenegro.

● The contact number has a Macedonian country code.

● The website displays a different company address.

These inconsistencies strongly suggest that vip-charter-service.com is a fraudulent operation. We request a full refund of €15,000. Furthermore, we urge you to take immediate action to shut down this website and prevent further victims from falling prey to this scam. We believe this website should be taken down immediately to protect the public from potential fraud.
