VIPGlobe review: Prepaid vacation package

Earlier last year, we purchased from VIPGLOBE.net and prepaid over, 1000USD for the vacations of all-inclusive in Cancun. Later in the year, we get approached by a different company, RESGO.net that we must pay over 500USD to extend and make valid our "expired" vacation.

This was confusing to say the least; we tried calling and emailing VIPGLOBE.net and no reply, no answer; the new company claims that they have purchased the DATABASE, names, and contacts from VIPGLOBE.net

And are purely trying to help by offering this extension of a vacation package.
1. I did not give my content to use my personal data
2. I already paid for a vacation
3. Unsure if RESGO, only purchased their data base or purchased the company, and if the company was purchased then I want my full value back without paying anything additional
4. VIPGLOBE.net website is still alive, their domain doesn't show who the owner is really, and the phone number never picks up.

This is just a bad experience that cost me 1000USD for a promise of an all-inclusive in Cancun for a week among what was purchased.
Be aware! Companies like this are making their business to take our money and walking away, leaving a horrible taste of what / how Cancun really is. While this VIPglobe.net company is said to be in Cancun. WOW. It makes you want to stay away from a place Infested with scan artists.
