False advertising, I was told I would get three months free after joining this isn’t the case they have been deducting every month. No one is able to assist me concerning the matter I have asked to speak to management to no avail. I went back to the sales consultant and he asked for my bank statement which I gave an email was sent and he copied me in, still no response from management. I emailed SA customer service on the [protected]@virginactive.co.za still no feedback. Please Advise
