Flight VA519 SYD-OOL saw one case arrive with priority, namely being only a few cases from the first out.
The second of our two cases was close to last out on the carousel.
Buying Business Class tickets and flights has the benefit of the baggage coming out early after the flight landed.
This is the third time this has happened to us.
The first time I was going to complain, but the occasion passed, as these things apparently do.
Then it happened a second time and I was quite worked up given it happened previously, but as these things go, it passed without complaint,
BUT, this time it had me quite worked up.
Feeling was that I would wait only 5 minutes then leave the airport, leaving Virgin to deliver my case.
How annoying it is to have one case come out and the other not for some time.
Seeing just about all of the Economy passengers receive their cases before our priority case was out was not right.
Might add that we were Qantas Business Class passengers previously, changing to Virgin through a well earned dislike for Qantas/Jetstar due to the failing reputation, and for flight delays and baggage loss.
Of course the cases were processed together at check-in, that perhaps being the last time they were together, other than being on the same flight.
Needless to say - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
If we wanted late arriving cases we could have booked Economy, but that is not us.
Do I have to chain the two cases together to have them NOT be separated?
We should be compensated for the additional time wasted (on the three occasions) waiting for cases that should have arrived early as per scrip.
