Hi there , my name is maree jones. I was meant to be on a virgin flight this morning, due to a worker that was yelling rudely at customers. I have been kicked off my flight . Surely there is video footage of this . I suffer from extreme post traumatic stress syndrome and anxiety. This was completely unnecessary. I now have to stay in Perth . I am a youth worker and was supposed to pick up five children . This lady was not doing her job properly. Was yelling from a distant car as she was talking to a man in a Ute on the tarmac. Please look at the video footage of this incident. Also I have had to book another flight via qantas. This was a fortune . Please I would like this investigated as I fly every two weeks .
