I have never in my life found a company as useless as Virgin Media. They make every single thing as complicated as they possibly can. Contacting them is a complete nightmare. I know as soon as my contract is up with them I'm leaving and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Uprgraded to 50 mb broadband. drops off all the time. Constantly on the phone to them and tomorrow i'm going to cancel and go elsewhere because i'm sick to death of speaking to some [censor]ing Indian tech expert who tells me it's my laptop and i should take it to pc world.
I agree with Virgin Media being a crap and usless broadband. My internet with them, everyday atleast once aday the internet goes out. Everytime the home phone rings the only excuse they have is 'there is no dial tone'. Virgin Media is crap end of!
I can't go a day with out this crap broadband not repsonding. I spend more time not reponding than reponding. Virgin thinks their so good but they ain't.
This is what i think of virgin brodband:
A [censor]ing [censor] brodband that know nothing about nothing and has no [censor]ing life.

Are Virginmedia BB abusing their customers? My XL cable connection can be a slower than dialup or even disconnect completely. What has happened to VM BB, they were consistantly good up until a year & a half ago. Are they abusing customers so they will buy into a faster connection or something? They say "up to 30mb" but the actual speed you get is a mere dribble. I noticed it being slow during the day when there is less usage. A typical YT video will take ages to watch. I can forget online gaming, and it will impact on that industry. Only occasionaly do I get a good connection but its never as fast as it used to be. Since its been going on for so long I think they have no interest in giving customer sactifaction.
Tossers took sides with the Wellington Academy in Tidworth who complained to Virgin I wrote some bad truths aboutt hem and published it on my website. Virgin deleted my work then a few days later they just took the web space away completely. Ive gone to BT it's much more reliable. Virgin are a bunch of wankers never ever again for me. I never do business with people who support child abuse, thats what the Wellington Academy do and they are supported by Virgin.
