I switched to visible wireless 11/26/22 at12:90pm. There was not a spot for me to add a promo codefor first 3 months of service to get 15.00 off. So I tried contacting their chat service. After 8 attempts and several hours I never got a single connection with an agent. I was so frustrated I cancelled my service. I want my 30.00 for first month of service back since I cancelled my service the same day. I am still in the process of trying to get my Verizon reactivated. Very unhappy
Same story, offer this discount but no way to apply. Major Scam! Plus the set-up for voicemail isn't working so it looks like I have to change carriers since I can't get a reply on how to fix. The stupid chat bot repeats the same instructions which do Not work! Contact State Attorney General to find out how to deal with them. It took a long time to do set-up on phone (or most of it since I still can't get voicemail messages). Had one hiccup with the phone transferring data from old phone, but Motorola came through like champs for a relatively easy and quick fix. Glad I bought the phone somewhere else and not through Visible. Visible is really hiding the fact that they are so cheap because they DO NOT offer real customer service -- so not so visible after all.
