They will not stop sending me vitamins even after you have canceled the recurring order. Who is overseeing this company? A consumer-friendly company would be honorable. VitaPower is making a name alright, a VERY BAD one.
If my dispute over the automatic charge to my credit card won't work, I may have to take legal action for unauthorized use. I wonder how many people would join together to sue this company.
Maybe they better take care of their customers.
I agreed to try Vita Power when ordering the companies Mineral Make Up. After trying the vitamins I cancelled further shipments. I continued to receive shipments and was charged against the account I no longer was using, which caused ISF fees. I have faxed Vita Power 3 times, once in September and twice in October 2008, sending them proof of these bank charges, requesting a refund since they chose to send these vitamins and charge my account after I had cancelled. I have not heard anything from them concering this problem.
Vita Power has no problem taking my money, but when it comes to refunding money, especially when it is due to their mistake, they completely ignore me.
I ordered Proactive products over the TV. They asked me if I wanted FREE VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS! I said ok considering they are free. When I recieved Proactive in the mail and the vitamins. I cancalled Proactive with in the month. I thought everything was handled, but I recieve these vitamins in the mail. I called the 1-888 number and told the guy to cancell all my information and subscription. He said that I had to pay 3 months worth of these vitamins and that I was told whem I got Proactive! They didn't say anything about having to pay 3 months worth of these vitamins. These people are a scam! Now the person who let me use there debit card has to change all there information due to this MONEY STEALING COMPANY. I am taking action on this manner. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP!
