company seems good, but takes your money via credit card then 2 days later sends a bogus DHL delivery failure notice which is not even linked to DHL, its under the name: Doyle Noble under [protected]@dhl.com but when you hit reply its comes up under: [protected]@LiquidStates.com. Searches under DHL with order numbers and tracking numbers seem to be fake and company has failed to reply or return any emails about the order... Company claims they deliver to Australia... this is obviously not troo

I received products from VitoPharma to Australia several times without any issues. You should not be getting any emails from DHL. DHL never emails anyone. I think you've suffered from some other email scam not associated with VitoPharma in any way.

I have received the advertised production several occasions. This time I received an entirely different product in the same bottle as the TrichoZed advertised all over the web. I have communicated by email and phone and have gotten no satisfaction. They referred to "different distribution points". The credit card shows the money went to:

I was charged $8.14 more than my receipt and received one less free bottle than promised. I have made a complaint to Visa. I am not sure what kind of scam this is. The customer service has no control over the distribution and the technical help email just asks for more info and for an assessment of their service. They couldn't open the photos I sent that we're taken with an iPhone? I can open them. Hasanyone gotten satisfaction?

I have the same problem. I have ordered 9 bottles from www.neosize-xl.com and I got my package sent from India via Singapore. I wanted to get a refund and I tried calling them but I was talking to an indian guy who made it appear like there was no order on my name. The first thing that striked me is that I never got a billing receipt in my email. The same problem with the technical help, they didn't said anything useful, just asking me more info. This is some sort of scam and I don't know what to do, where to report it. I am not even sure what kind of product I am taking.
I have also ordered supplements from Vito Herbal Sales. Haven't received anything in two months. I keep contacting them... and they give me order numbers and promises that the shipment is guaranteed, etc. It cost me about $350. My credit card statement also reflects that Atwell, AU.

I called your customer care office Dated on 18 October 2017. She asking my first and last name and email .. Again I gave all info to your customer care and she said i transfer your complain to Mein Head office and replay to your email...
