I have an older version of VLDpersonals that I have had since 2013. It is customizable to my liking and I have quite a bit of money invested in this script. Datingscript.com is now the new owners. Both VLDpersonals and Datingscript.com state that if you buy a license you can use it for life. Well that's not true!
Datingscript.com the new owners is holding my website hostage unless I pay them a certain amount of money to fix a license key issue. They say they do not locate me as a customer even after showing them my license key and proof of receipt. They said it will take them 16 hours to fix the licensing issue and are charging me according to the hours. Total bull! My site has been down for three days and my members are livid. I am going to seek legal action. If you trust datingscript.com with your website, then go for it. Good luck with that. When you purchase a company, you inherit the customer data base to, right?. I imagine there are other VLD users experiencing the same issue.
