The ofice staff was awsome! They returnd phone calls fast and were easy to work with. The buildings came just how they were described and the team did a great job leveling them and puttin them in place. I'd 100% buy a buildin through dem again!
Wades is pretty good, they helped us buy a house and it was mostly good
Wades is pretty good, they helped us buy a house and it was mostly good. Jaylene and *** were helpful. There was a problem when they moved the house but they made it okay no questions asked. I think it's a good idea to put a deposit down for future stuff.
I wasn't too happy with Wade's House Moving
I wasn't too happy with Wade's House Moving. Jaylene wasn't the greatest at keeping in touch - would hardly ever pick up the phone or answer my emails. Putting a deposit down was easy, but getting it back took ages - took more than 2 months! And they only refunded by check, so I ended up paying extra interest which they said they'd cover, but never did. Big letdown.
I got our crib moved over to our land with the help of Wade's House Moving way back in 2015
I got our crib moved over to our land with the help of Wade's House Moving way back in 2015. Jaylene and the team was easy to work with. Jaylene tolerated us as we flip-flopped around, trying to figure out which property to put our house on. Wade himself came out to make sure everything would go smooth while moving. I'd be happy to use them again.
Jaylin and their team are great to work with at the moving company!
Jaylin and their team are great to work with at the moving company! We moved a bunch of houses, big buildings, and one huge shop, and their team was nice and moved everything really well. They helped us out when troubles came up, so it's been all good. We're happy with everything.
So, we got this new house, and it needed to be moved to our property
So, we got this new house, and it needed to be moved to our property. We decided to go with Wade's House Moving, and let me tell you, it was a great experience! The staff were all super friendly and easy to talk to. They knew what they were doing and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Even when we needed to change things up a bit, they were totally cool with it and made it work. These guys are total pros! And when they were finished, they left the place looking great. We would totally recommend Wade's to anyone who needs their house moved. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!
This company is the worst, I give them 0 stars!
This company is the worst, I give them 0 stars! They don't tell you anything for weeks and can't even give set dates for moving. We bought a house from some landowners and signed a contract, but they backed out 5 months later. We didn't even know that they could do that! We were told we might have to wait until spring next year to see if they want to move forward. We wanted our deposit back and had to get lawyers involved because they were so unprofessional and didn't communicate. When we got our money back, the check bounced! We had to threaten to put a lien on their business just to talk about the refund. We know other people who have had trouble with this company too. I'm so disappointed in how they handle things.

On July 5 we paid a deposit to view a house from a local realtor's listings
On July 5, we paid a deposit representing 10% of the house cost to view a property from a local realtor's listings. The house required extensive repairs, so we declined further interest. We requested a refund since no other properties appealed to us. By September, our deposit was still with the realtor. Meanwhile, a suitable house appeared but was quickly sold. We are adamant about receiving our refund. The realtor suggested an alternative, pricier option, which we rejected, insisting on a refund. Despite numerous calls and emails, our deposit remains unreturned. The realtor, who has our contract with the address, has yet to issue the refund.

I was looking to get a hold of a rtm/ mobile home and thought wades house moving could help me out since they buy and sell second-hand homes
I was looking to get a hold of a rtm/ mobile home and thought wades house moving could help me out since they buy and sell second-hand homes. So, last Nov, 29 I gave them a deposit of $16,590 for a house I really fancied. I had to cough up the 10% in advance before checking out the house. The different arrangements we had made to visit the house were cancelled due to the weather and other reasons. Finally, I got an email on dec. 21/21 from wades house saying that they had to put the house on hold due to a family emergency of the seller they were working with. They told me that they could keep my deposit with them for any future home in the category I wanted to buy. If I changed my mind, as per the contract I signed, my deposit could be refunded within two weeks of a formal request.
After several options for homes that didn't fit my expectations, I decided to buy a brand-new rtm one in August 2022. So, I asked wades house to return my deposit on Aug 2/22, but I didn't receive any response. So, I followed up with another email on aug 26/22. This time, I got a reply that my request was being processed. But, till now, they haven't refunded my deposit, even though I have emailed and called them multiple times. Their response has always been that they are extremely busy, but will send the cheque as soon as possible. For the last two emails I have sent, they haven't replied at all. Even though the contract says that my deposit refund can take up to 2 weeks, it's been 3.5 months, and they still haven't refunded my deposit.
I went with Wades house moving for a new place to put on my land, as it was highly recommended by others
I went with Wades house moving for a new place to put on my land, as it was highly recommended by others. I gave them a deposit of $13639 in May 2022 to see a house, but on June 9, they told me the house was no longer available. I asked for my deposit back on June 14 because I needed the money to take care of my children and other expenses. They said they would give me the money back from accounting, but it never came. I sent many emails and made several phone calls, but they either gave me excuses or ignored me. They said they sent a cheque on Aug 11, but I never received it. Even though they knew my situation, they didn't try to return my deposit quickly. I'm frustrated that they caused stress during a hard time and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I've been waiting for my deposit for three months and will have to take legal action.

Man, I gotta say, I'm pretty mad at Wade's House Moving right now
Man, I gotta say, I'm pretty mad at Wade's House Moving right now. So back in April , we plunked down a big old deposit of $56,700 to move a house onto a new foundation by the end of summer. Jaylene said they'd refund us if we couldn't get the permits we needed. But here's the thing: the house was occupied by curtains and cars in the driveway before we even put down the deposit. And man, it was a disaster when we visited for inspections. We had to chase them down all summer for updates, and the girl on the case was pretty rude to us. When the tenants finally moved out in October–way later than they said they would–we applied for building permits, but the district rejected us. We sent the rejection letter to the company immediately, but no response. To top it all off, they're now trying to sell us a garage that they said was unsalvageable when we put down the deposit. We gave them 14 days to refund our deposit, but when we still didn't get it, we called. They said Jaylene, the person we need to talk to, wasn't there all dang day. I don't trust this business at all and I want my money back.

I reached out to Wades House Moving in January 2022 about a home they had listed on their web
I reached out to Wades House Moving in January 2022 about a home they had listed on their web. *** got back to me, saying she got hundreds of emails, but she answered ours first. We had bought houses from her before, so we trusted her judgement and discussed our needs. However, we were overseas until May, so we had some inquiries based on the images posted, like the beams and framing problems, as well as permits due to apparent Renos they didn't do, so she suggested we check the municipality. We talked a few times, and then, following her guarantee, we paid for the whole package with our credit card on February 1, 2022. The problem started when we returned to *** and discovered that the displayed house was not what we had purchased. We made contact with *** about it, and we decided we could not accept it. It would cost us tens of thousands of dollars to fix the issues and conform to code. Following various discussions with her, she agreed to pay us back in full via post-dated checks over eight weeks, culminating on September 9. The initial three went through smoothly, but then she requested we hold off on the fourth one due to insufficient funds. We were also instructed to wait for the next two before she stopped payment on checks four, five, and six, promising replacements. We received the seventh check without issues, but the eighth one bounced. She then said she would send us four substitute checks that never arrived. She later promised to etransfer us and pay the refund off by the end of October, but we have only received one etransfer of $10,000 out of eight. According to the latest correspondence, she will pay us the remaining $68,750 whenever she is able, which is not an acceptable level of service.
If you can’t get your money back either please contact me if you want to pursue legal action.
