WALCO Funding review: Home Protect USA

My mother was contacted by a representative from this walco company. First off do not target elsmdery people. My mother thought this was a 1 time payment in January 2024. The next few months payments of over $200 were taken out.

I called the company myself and yes I said I was my mother. The representative said she was the one who spoke with my mother how it was an 18 month payment which my parents were supposed to call back to discuss but never spoke again then money was taken out my mothers account.

I called my mother on 3 way but the way the representative came off was rude and obnoxious. She said your daughter was pretending I told her to hold on I have authorization to speak in her behalf don’t matter if I said I was her so don’t say pretending like I was fraudulent like y’all are. We got into a shouting match just refund my mother and don’t contact her any longer. This company is a scam and the representative don’t care as long as they get their commission I guess who they get.

Get better as a company. Waiting to see what excuse she will give my mother since she didn’t want me on the phone any longer. Be aware
