Walter Drake review: Product not as advertised

After using the Silver Sonic XL rechargeable unit (it's a device enabling you to hear better while watching TV or other people). Regardless of how many times i adjusted the unit it doesn't work for me, So when I called the company they said it was a clearance item and on clearance items they don't do refund.

On back of my invoice stated:

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 45 days from the date of shipment. We will be happy to refund your money or replace the item less any shipping and handling or processing fees.
