On November 7, 2022 I paid $55.00 for an automatic cat litter box. After 6 weeks, I had not received my order. I called Customer Service and was insulted by the agent. He refused to assist me until I provided my debit card number, full name and date of birth. I ended the call.
I have sent 15 emails to the company (Email: [protected]@martmean.com) I have received no responses. It's a scam.

The tracking number provided stated that the item was delivered to a phantom address. I have emailed dozens of times and called the Customer Service number. The man who answered refused to assist me until I provided my debit card number and date of bitrh. How can I get a refund on my purchase?
