I purchased an adjustable bed almost 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. I first filed the issue on my phone and made some errors and called the [protected] the next day. Before I can even get to make the phone call they had denied my claim in less than 2 hours (I received an email). I refiled with a customer service rep (explaining my error from the previous filling) only to receive another denial saying it's a duplicate complaint. I shouldn't be having these issue's so quickly with the product to begin with, but I realize now these folks are quick to take your money but don't file no claim because they will not stand by their product. Keep your money and don't buy the warranty, they will not honor it anyway!
Desired outcome: I would like my product to work as designed and for the company to stand bu their product that I paid for
