WarrantyServices.com review: Additional extended warranty

I purchased the jessa sectional from winner furniture in 2020, huge mistake, they are terrible. I purchased the extended warranty through warranty services upon purchase. The couch frame and back support on one section came apart on the inside, the entire section is unusable. They are offering 125.00 for a payout 👀 due to lack of parts or cost prohibitive. I will be trying to resolve this issue as that is not what was stated in the contract. If you cant repair then replace it.
