I recently bought two solar panels from Wasserstein Home for my Arlo cameras, but unfortunately they don't seem to charge. I was really disappointed to find out that they weren't compatible with my cameras, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. It's such a shame because I was really looking forward to having a reliable source of power for my cameras, especially since I live in an area with a lot of power outages.

I reached out to Wasserstein Home's customer service team to see if they could help me resolve the issue, but unfortunately they weren't able to offer me a solution. I was really frustrated by this, as I had spent a lot of money on the solar panels and was hoping for a better outcome.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Wasserstein Home's solar panels for Arlo cameras. While they may work for some people, they didn't work for me and I feel like I wasted my money. It's a shame because I was really excited about the idea of having a sustainable and reliable source of power for my cameras, but unfortunately it didn't work out.

I purchased a Wasserstien dartwood rechargeable hand warmer from wasserstein-home.com last year in December. I only used it a few times before it stopped working. I was disappointed to find out that the company does not publish warranties for their products. I decided to send them an email to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, they responded with "oh So Sorry only 3 month warranty." If a company can only warranty their product for 3 months, it's not worth buying. I am disappointed with my experience with Wasserstein Home and would not recommend their products to anyone.

I ordered a Ring doorbell 1 solar charger from Wasserstein Home, but they sent me the charger for the 2nd generation instead. Even though I contacted them and explained the mistake, they refused to send me a return label. They also claimed that the product they sent me was what I had ordered, even though it was clearly not. I was very disappointed with their customer service and felt like they were trying to cheat me out of my money.

Wasserstein Home is not a good place to shop if you are looking for a hassle-free return policy. I recently purchased some panels for my Arlo cameras, but unfortunately they were not compatible. I followed the return authorization process and sent the items back as instructed. However, to my dismay, Wasserstein refused to refund my money or exchange the items. This is a terrible service and I am now out of $80 and a product that I could have sold on eBay. It's a complete rip-off! Wasserstein now has my money and a product that they will resell.

I am very disappointed with Wasserstein Home and would not recommend them to anyone. Their return policy is a complete joke and their customer service is non-existent. I have never experienced such a terrible shopping experience before. I hope that others will take my experience into consideration before making a purchase from Wasserstein Home.

I recently bought some products from Wasserstein Home and I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first. I mean, how can anyone have such a high percentage of positive reviews on all their products? But I decided to give them a chance and boy, was that a mistake.

First of all, the product I received was not up to par. It was not what I expected and definitely not worth the price I paid for it. And to make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. They were unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

But that's not all. I also noticed that they have different prices on their website, Amazon, and Target. I ordered from Target and was shocked to find out that the same product was $2 cheaper on Amazon. What a rip-off!

In hindsight, I think they may be offering incentives for people to write positive reviews. It's just not right to mislead customers like that. I would not recommend Wasserstein Home to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.
