Weatherguard Coatings London Ontario review: Faulty roof repair

In response to a postcard ad our church received from Weatherguard Coatings in late August we contacted their representative, Mr. Williamson and asked him to come and inspect our flat roof and leaks in the ceiling of the upper floor to see if his company could handle the repair. Mr. Williamson came to the church on August 31 and after inspecting the roof and leaks said that he could repair the flat roof at the cost of $4,000. He said he would apply weatherguard coating around the edges of the roof and then apply a rubberized coating over the entire roof. Mr. Williamson arrived on Tuesday, September 5 to do the work. Later that night we had a heavy rain and as a result more leakage occurred than before the roof was repaired. On Wednesday the 6th we contacted Mr. Williamson with our complaint and nothing was resolved. I have since called Mr. Williamson twice and left messages and there has been no response. As you can see in the photos the "rubberized coating" was simply a spray that was sprayed over gravel that was already on the roof.
