What ever happened to customer service. I went in home depot on wen. the 12th they had grills out for sale this one had the wrong tag on it. I told the sales man I wanted one that was not put together already. It took him at least 15 min to not find them. Then I told him this is not the grille that matches the tag. I said that you have to honor the price that you put on the grille . He had to get a manager well that took 15 min easy and he comes back with this worker not a manager. Why I know he was not a manager because the guy told me that the manager didn't come up so he brought back the guy who said he is a manager now. Really by this time I had spent a hour in the store for a grille that was as you walked in to buy. The guy who now turned into a manager told me there is no mark up on grills so I can give you a grille cover for free. I don't know if he thought I was stupid or what but I was always told that if they mark the price wrong on a product that the store has to honor it. I told them that's why I like lowe's better. Needless to say I walked out with a bad attitude and proves my point that home depot is the last store i would go to for anything. Have a picture but can't upload it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Lord only help you if you need a part. These people are totally incompetent. After several weeks, still no replacement regulator. They then had the nerve to ask "anything else we can do to help you?" I said, yes please come and haul this piece of junk off, as it is completely useless as it is. I would be emabarassed to have to get up everyday and work for a company like them.
If the wrong tag has a different grill model on the tag than what the actual model is, then NO, you do not get the wrong price. If the price tag has the same model number as the grill it is on, then yes, you get that price.
