Do not! I reap DO NOT deal with these people. I have never had such a terrible experience in dealing with a company. Too bad I found this site after the fact. Everything eveyone has written about this company is true. They make it sound like they are great (duh, right there should had been the tip-off) and they are responsive. And they are until they receive the merchadise and then it is a never ending stream of unreturned phone calls, lies, and general bad business.

This company apparently sold my Baume Mercier watch in September, 2010. I am still trying to get paid! They have lied, given false promises, refused my phone calls, lied to the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta and refuse to pay me for the sale of my watch. Now I have no watch and no money. PLEASE, FIND SOME OTHER SOURCE TO SELL YOUR WATCH.

Sent my DOXA swiss watch to them after all the B.S. only to have it returned scratched with a broken band. These people are crooks.

At least you got your watch back. Most people didn't. I am not sure why Richard (Rick) Latona let this happen. I guess he was too busy with his internet domain stuff to notice? At any rate, CEO has to bite the bullet.
Check this guy out. He received the honorary Scammer of the Year Award.

So sorry to hear you have been duped by these guys. In this tight economy we sell our jewelry because we often need the cash. The guys at watchbrokers.com and webuywatches.com however seem to be doing just fine. I attempted contact with the same people you did in my case. I started at the top and worked my way down, never a response to be had. This was the pecking order of the players of the deceit played on me; Kevin Mcquilkin, JC Piquant (accounting), Eric Toso (rep), Rick Latona, OWNER, R.J. Berge (current listed owner), Jonathan Swift, Trisha Cox (can't figure out what she does but will only answer the phone to get your watch but not after they have it), and my personal favorite Alfred Bolton.
