In 2009 our company have used Webvision for their web hosting services. We took their products for our two companies for a year, this year 2010 we got a renewal for both and we found that they are 40% higher than other service providers.
I contacted Webvision that we are changing our hosting to other hosting providers. Webvision told that they will charge for one of our company hosting which was expired in OCT 2010, so i told then that the company is been idol for the past year and we have not use your storage space for this company, before i could finish i was told this words from a credit control dept officer saying the company will show you a middle finger and not bother to listen to your excuse. It was a shocking to me, i was hoping that they will not charge us for a full year and prorate the annual fee. where as other companies do give a 40days time for the company to think if they are happy to use their services the hosting was expired in mid Oct and my call to them was in Nov 11th.
I brought the matter to the higher positioned people of webvision and they just have to say sorry to this and prorate the annual fee.
we wanted Webvision to write a apology latter to us from their Managing Director for their staff using Vulgarity words. They are not bothered and this has been two weeks now.
Paid higher fee for a year compared to other web hosting providers...This is what we get!
Webvisoin should not stay in this business. Service providers using F words. God bless them.
