On July 28, I was trying to return home from the doctors office. Wellcare provided me the transportation.
The driver arrived late, and was the rudest person I have ever met. That aside, I made my appointment and was about to leave. Understand I am handicapped, a stroke that left me partially paralyzed.
The ride through logistacare never arrived so I called a taxi, not cheap. When I arrived home a person from wellcare called and asked about my ride home. She said they would reimburse me. This was the third time logisticare dropped the ball. I didn't have the receipt, so I thought. It just so happened it was in my text.
Today I called and after 1 1/2 hours on the phone I gave up.
Maybe I can get help here.
